Please note that you cannot be approved for a loan
under the following circumstances:
1. If you are in a bankruptcy
currently.
2. If you had a bankruptcy discharged less than 24 months
ago.
3. If you had a foreclosure less than 36 months
ago.
4. If you are applying for a home loan for a mobile
home.
5. If you are applying for a home equity
loan.
Please also note that there are no exceptions to the above
criteria. Meeting the above criteria does not mean that you will be
approved for a home mortgage. Your loan application will be taken
by a lender and process in accordance with current underwriting guidelines.
